With over 19 years experience in the marketing and media industry, Greg brings a 360° view to maximizing real estate potential by developing outdoor advertising opportunities. As CEO of Allvision, Greg has focused on developing a customer first philosophy that has increased client revenue by over $250 million. Prior to Allvision, Greg was the CEO and founder of Titan Outdoor LLC , where he pioneered the sale of multiple advertising assets, including billboards, street furniture and non-traditional media, and led innovations in the out-of-home sector with the use of vinyl-wrapped buses, wall spectaculars and telephone kiosks.

Bob oversees business strategy and day to day operations of Allvision with Greg. He leads our team in key negotiations and directs our transactional activities.

Bob formerly served as EVP and General Counsel of CBS Outdoor (fka as Viacom Outdoor), the largest outdoor advertising firm in North America. Prior to joining Allvision, Bob was in the private law practice at Davis, Graham & Stubbs LLP in Denver, where he represented outdoor advertising companies, as well as those providing goods and services to the industry.

Blair Murdoch, President, Allvision Canada

Blair oversees all aspects of Allvision’s Canadian development and operations.

Blair Murdoch leads Allvision’s business development efforts in Canada, as well as guiding overall strategic planning for the company. Prior to joining Allvision, Blair spent 16 years developing CBS Outdoor/ Viacom real estate transactions in Canada, including leasing, acquisitions and transit franchise development. During this period, he completed over 15 acquisitions, totaling more than $175 million.

Scott Andel, CPA, CFO

Scott oversees financials for Allvision as well as client portfolios.

Scott brings extensive background in accounting and financial management from the outdoor advertising industry to Allvision, having been a part of the founding team of Prime Outdoor Group, building it into one of the largest privately held billboard companies in the United States. In 2005, Scott joined Allvision to oversee its financial interests and manage client projects in the U.S. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.

James Manfredi, Executive Vice President, Operations

James leads project implementation and operations for Allvision’s clients throughout the U.S.

James Manfredi is a third generation sign builder who doubled the size of Titan’s billboard inventory in New York during his tenure as their Real Estate Manager. He joined Allvision in 2007 to oversee key accounts in the tri-state area and identify development opportunities for both new and existing clients.


Josh Scharfberg, National Director, Business Development

Josh oversees business development, client interaction, and strategic planning for both public sector and private sector clients.

With specialties in both outdoor media and advertising sponsorships, Josh served as Vice President for National Business Development at InStadium prior to joining Allvision in 2010. During his tenure at InStadium, Josh sold sports sponsorships to Fortune 500 Advertisers as well as local and regional businesses, deploying innovative strategies to seal deals. Prior to joining InStadium, Josh served as a senior sales executive for Titan Outdoor.

Alex handles business development and operations for Allvision clients on the West Coast.

Alex’s 17 years in outdoor advertising sales, marketing and business development roles has provided a wealth of experience to serve Allvision’s client base. For the first ten years of his career, Alex developed and led public advertising franchises for CBS Outdoor, moving on to consulting positions with transit authorities and government agencies to restructure, develop, and expand their out-of-home advertising assets.
